Administration / Finance & Human Resources
The Administrative Services Department consists of Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Risk Management.

Building & Safety Department
The Building and Safety Department reviews construction plans for residential and commercial projects. It issues permits for approved plans and follows up with periodic inspections to ensure that work meets various building codes. The department’s work focuses on seeing that structures are as safe as they can be.

City Attorney
The City contracts with the law firm of Burke, Williams and Sorensen for legal services and the City Council has appointed Thomas D. Jex as City Attorney.

City Clerk
The City Clerk is responsible for the care and custody of all the official records and documents of the City, and for providing and maintaining legal and historical records and information.

City Manager
The purpose of the City Manager's Office is to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Administration of the City Government; to administer and execute City Council policy; develop and recommend appropriate policy alternatives, plan and implement programs to meet the City's current and future needs; and supervise total management operations and personnel, as provided by chapter 2.08 of the Municipal Code.

Code Enforcement
Consistent with the City’s mission statement of making Wildomar a safe and active community with responsible growth and quality infrastructure while keeping a hometown feel. Code Enforcement strives to promote that mission by maintaining a safe and desirable living and working environments for all throughout the city.

Community Services
The Community Services Department provides a variety of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of the community, oversees the development and maintenance of local parks and assists in coordinating disaster preparedness programs.

Economic Development Department
The Economic Development Department is located within the City Manager’s office at City Hall and is positioned to be a liaison between the city government and the business community.

Engineering Services
Engineering Services is a Division of the PW/Engineering Department and reviews and manages all development projects from submittal to permit issuance and final construction.

Planning Department
The primary goal of the Planning Department is to implement orderly and compatible development which creates livable neighborhoods, supports economic development, and sustains a high quality of life for Wildomar residents.

Public Works
Public Works is a division of the Public Works and Engineering Department. Public Works is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the City’s infrastructure - streets, sidewalks, storm drains, street lights, traffic signals, public landscaping.

Wildomar Cemetery District
The Wildomar Cemetery was first established in 1898 and then the Wildomar Cemetery became a public cemetery district on March 28, 1955 under Section 8890 et. seq. Of the Health and Safety Code by resolution of the Riverside County Board Supervisors.
